Sylvan Hills II Family Apartments, a 233-unit complex, is under construction at 1924 Sylvan Circle SW in Atlanta's Sylvan Hills. Developed by Atlanta Housing, TCE Development, Radiant Development Partners, EQ Housing Advisors, Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership, and Metro Atlanta Land Bank, with architecture by Geheber Lewis Architects.

Amenities include energy-efficient appliances, free Wi-Fi in common areas, on-site management, an indoor community room, computer lab, fitness center, children's activity room, outdoor space, and landscaped areas with walking paths and playground. Completion is expected by 2026.
