Woodrow House, a 326-unit mixed-use development, is under construction at 840 Woodrow St. SW in Atlanta. Developed by Woodfield Development and designed by Dynamik Design, it promises a blend of residential and commercial spaces.

Amenities include a resort-style pool, outdoor lounges, grilling stations, a sky deck, fitness center, co-working spaces, a conference room, creator studio, dog park, and pet spa. There are 450 parking spaces for residents and visitors. Completion is slated for December 31, 2027.

Woodrow House will offer 66 affordable housing units, contributing significantly to the local market. Strategically located, it focuses on convenience and accessibility for modern urban living.
