ABI Garson Drive, a 130-unit mixed-use project, is approved for 579 Garson Drive NE, Atlanta. Located in Lindbergh, the 5-story building includes affordable housing and commercial spaces. Developed by Pennrose and Radiant Development Partners, LLC.

Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, picnic area, bike storage, and rideshare drop-off. Each unit features a washer-dryer. The project includes commercial micro-units and a BeltLine-facing plaza. Completion is slated for December 31, 2026.
