Atlanta Civic Center Redevelopment Phase I is under construction at 140 Pine St NE, Atlanta, GA 30308. This mixed-use project features 148 senior affordable housing units across 6 floors. Developers include Atlanta Housing, The Michaels Organization, Sophy Companies, and Republic Properties Corporation, with design by Goode Van Slyke Architecture.

The development includes 74 parking spaces and amenities such as a fitness room, computer lounge, arts and crafts space, communal areas, and a café. Completion is slated for September 30, 2027.
