Brownsville Pointe, an 18-unit mixed-use building, approved for 105 McDonough Blvd SE in Atlanta's Brownsville neighborhood. Designed by Kronberg Urbanists + Architects and developed by Focused Community Strategies, it includes twelve affordable housing units. Completion is slated for 2026.
