Centennial Yards, a mixed-use development with 304 units, is under construction at 250 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive SW in Downtown Atlanta. Developed by Centennial Yards Company and designed by TVS Architecture + Design and Goode Van Slyke Architects, it includes a 19-story structure.

Features include 292 hotel rooms, 6000 parking spaces, a rooftop pool, fitness center, coworking spaces, and a club lounge. Completion is slated for December 31, 2030.

Additional amenities: outdoor gathering areas, pet spa, pet park, and indoor event space with catering kitchen.
