Centennial Yards, a 304-unit mixed-use development, is under construction at The Gulch in downtown Atlanta, near State Farm Arena and Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The primary residential tower is at 250 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. Developed by Centennial Yards Company, a partnership between CIM Group and the City of Atlanta, with Hawks owner Tony Ressler involved, the project is designed by TVS Architects, Goode Van Slyke Architecture, and Gensler.

The 19-floor development includes 292 hotel rooms. A 6,000-space parking facility will serve residents and visitors. Completion is slated for December 31, 2030. Certifications targeted include Energy Star, GRESB, BOMA, and Green Seal, underscoring its sustainability focus.
