Chops Lobster Bar Downtown, a 304-unit mixed-use project, is approved for 85 Centennial Olympic Park Drive NW in Atlanta's Centennial Yards. Developed by CIM Group with TVS Architecture and Goode Van Slyke Architects, the 19-floor building spans 13,000 square feet.

Features include 292 hotel rooms, a rooftop pool with event lawn, fitness center, co-working space, club lounge, pet spa, and indoor/outdoor gathering areas. Units offer balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows. Completion is set for December 31, 2026.
