City Lights South, a 159-unit residential building, is under construction at 404 Boulevard NE in Atlanta's Old Fourth Ward. Developed by Wingate Capital Associates, LLC, with architecture by Geheber Lewis Associates, it will feature five floors of mixed-use space.

Amenities include a community room, computer lab, children’s center, laundry, and fitness facilities. An exterior amenity area will be on the top podium level. Completion is slated for late 2028.

All units are designated as affordable housing, enhancing accessible options in the area.
