Civic Center Redevelopment Phase I, a 148-unit senior affordable housing project, is under construction at Pine Street NE, Atlanta. Developed by Civic Center Partners—The Michaels Organization, Sophy Companies, Republic Properties—with Atlanta Housing, and designed by Goode Van Slyke Architecture.

The six-story mixed-use building includes 74 parking spaces, with completion slated for September 2027. Amenities: lobby, package room, social service office, arts and crafts room, fitness center, community room, computer lounge, laundry room, public café, BBQ stations, exterior gathering areas, and private residential terrace.

The project targets EarthCraft, Energy Star, Zero Energy Ready Homes, and LEED for Neighborhood Development certifications. All 148 units are affordable housing, addressing community needs.
