Civic Center Redevelopment, a 148-unit residential project, is under construction at 395 Piedmont Avenue NE, Atlanta. Developed by Stryant Investments with Smith Dalia Architects, the six-story building will include 74 parking spaces.

Amenities: lobby, package room, social service office, arts and crafts room, fitness center, community room, computer lounge, laundry room, café, roof deck, plaza, and exterior gathering areas. Completion is slated for September 30, 2027.

All units are designated affordable housing. Certifications targeted include Earthcraft, Energy Star, Zero Energy Ready Homes, and LEED for Neighborhood Development.
