Georgia-Pacific Center's conversion at 133 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, is approved. The project, by Georgia-Pacific LLC and Rule Joy Trammell + Rubio LLC, will transform the structure into a mixed-use building with 400 units across 51 floors, totaling 1,300,000 sq ft.

The building will stand 697 feet tall and include 2,100 parking spaces. Completion is slated for October 31, 2027. The conversion integrates residential, commercial, and office spaces within the existing skyscraper.
