Medley at Johns Creek, a 408-unit mixed-use development, is under construction at 11650 Johns Creek Parkway, Atlanta. Developed by Toro Development Company with Ascentris and designed by Nelson Worldwide, the project includes an activated plaza, restaurant and retail spaces, public areas, a pool, and a clubhouse. It offers 2599 parking spaces for residents and visitors, with completion expected by December 31, 2027.

The development aims to create a vibrant community with outdoor patios and terraces, integrating residential and commercial elements for residents and the broader community.
