Medley, a 900-unit mixed-use development, is underway at 11650 Johns Creek Parkway, Johns Creek, Atlanta. Developed by Toro Development Company with architecture by Nelson Worldwide, it includes residential, retail, and hospitality spaces.

Features include 175 hotel rooms, multifamily residences, brick townhomes, an activated plaza, restaurant and retail space, green and public gathering areas, a pool and clubhouse for townhomes, and outdoor patios and terraces. It incorporates adaptive reuse of an existing office building, with completion expected by October 29, 2026.

Medley aims to create a walkable neighborhood with pedestrian-friendly streets and public spaces. The boutique hotel, restaurants, and retail spaces will enhance area vibrancy.
