A mixed-use redevelopment at 50 Sunset Avenue & 41 Griffin Street in Vine City, Atlanta, has been approved. It includes 230 residential units and 100 hotel rooms. Developed by Resurgence Commercial Partners with architecture by McMillan Pazdan Smith.
