NCR Midtown Headquarters, a 20-story office tower, is complete at 864 Spring Street NW in Midtown, Atlanta. The 500,000-sf mixed-use building, developed by Cousins Properties, features designs by Duda/Paine Architects, Gensler, and Uzun+Case Engineers.

Amenities include a 24/7 fitness center, yoga studio, outdoor terraces, bike storage, EV charging stations, dining, and coffee options. It also has a 40,000-sf green roof and lab-ready infrastructure with turnkey build-out capacity. Completed in 2018, the building is LEED Platinum certified, highlighting its sustainability.

The project emphasizes energy efficiency and modern workplace amenities, aligning with industry trends towards sustainable and flexible office spaces.
