North+Oliver, a 120-unit mixed-use building, approved for 851 North Avenue NW in Atlanta's Westside. Developed by Westside Future Fund with Blue Ridge Atlantic Development and OaksATL, designed by Niles Bolton Associates.

Features include a youth soccer field, green space, parking, fitness center, community room, and computer lab. All 120 units are affordable housing. Completion expected by December 31, 2028.
