Northbend, a 1970-unit mixed-use project, is proposed for Corporate Square, a 32-acre site between I-85 and Buford Highway in Brookhaven, Atlanta. Developed by Third & Urban, it includes 350 hotel rooms.

Amenities feature a 1-acre public plaza and 5 acres of green space. Sidewalks and trails will connect to the Peachtree Creek Greenway. Public art and corporate housing are also planned.

Northbend aims for LEED Neighborhood Development certification, focusing on sustainability. Notably, it lacks affordable housing units.
