Oakland Exchange, a 126-unit mixed-use development, is underway at 1088 & 1100 Murphy Ave SW, Atlanta. Developed by Urban Realty Partners with architecture by Kronberg Urbanists + Architects, it features a heavy timber structure and large warehouse windows. Creative commercial spaces and a trail-front restaurant/retail area are included. A rooftop amenity space is also planned. Completion is set for January 1, 2027.

Of the housing, 76 units are designated as affordable, aiming to enhance community vibrancy by blending residential and commercial uses.
