The Piedmont Center Master Plan, a mixed-use project at 3525 Piedmont Rd NE, Atlanta, is approved. Located in Buckhead, it spans 2.2 million sq ft, developed by CP Group with design by Smallwood and ASD|SKY.

Features include 180 hotel rooms, a retail and dining corridor with six restaurants, hospitality-inspired lobbies in Buildings 14 and 15, and expanded fitness and conference facilities. A centralized amenity center connects parking decks to sports courts. Approximately 42,000 sq ft of spec suites are available.

Walkability enhancements include improved access and wayfinding features, adding dynamic amenities to Buckhead.
