The Piedmont Center Master Plan, a 2.2 million sq ft mixed-use development at 3525 Piedmont Road NE, Buckhead, has been approved. Developed by CP Group, it includes 6,000 parking spaces, street-level retail, dining, six restaurants, upscale retail, and a centralized amenity center. Completion is set for 2027.

Amenities feature event space, wellness and fitness centers, and conference facilities. Additional offerings include a physician lounge, digital wayfinding, an on-site café, pharmacy, patient drop-off, reserved parking, transportation lounge, and walking trails, enhancing convenience and accessibility.
