RHA Redevelopment Phase I, a 102-unit project, is under construction at 199 Grove Way, Roswell, Fulton County. Developed by Pennrose with Smith Dalia Architects, it features a fitness center, rooftop terrace, community space, and laundry facilities. All units are affordable housing. Completion is slated for March 31, 2027.

Amenities include on-site maintenance, a mailroom, an activity room, central laundry, and management offices, enhancing resident convenience.
