Sylvan Hills II, a 233-unit residential development, is under construction at 1924 Sylvan Circle SW in Southwest Atlanta. Developed by Atlanta Housing, TCE Development, Radiant Development Partners, EQ Housing Advisors, Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership, and Metro Atlanta Land Bank, it features three floors of mixed-use residential space. Architecture is by Geheber Lewis Associates.

Amenities include energy-efficient appliances, free Wi-Fi in common areas, an on-site management and leasing office, an indoor community room, computer lab, fitness center, children’s activity room, and outdoor community spaces. Landscaped green areas, walking paths, a playground, and gathering areas enhance community living. Completion is set for December 31, 2026.

All 233 units are designated as affordable housing, increasing cost-effective living options in the region.
