The Center (The CTR), a mixed-use development, is now open at 1 CNN Center Plaza NW, downtown Atlanta. Spanning 1.2 million sq ft, the project is by CP Group with TVSdesign.

Amenities include a 24,000 sq ft food hall, Georgia's largest bar with 60 seats and 11 bartender stations, public art, cultural programming, entertainment, media studios, retail, and planned hotel and residential spaces. It also offers 1,800 parking spaces.

Originally slated for completion by May 2026, The Center is strategically positioned to enhance Atlanta's urban experience with its diverse offerings.
