The Center, a mixed-use development at 1 CNN Center Plaza NW, is under construction in Atlanta. This 1.2 million square foot project by CP Group, designed by TVSdesign, is in a prime downtown location.

Features include the city's largest full bar, a ground-floor restaurant, and public art installations. Entryways will be enhanced with digital LED signage, including three 12-story signs. Completion is set for June 30, 2026.
