The Center's 200-unit mixed-use renovation at CNN Plaza aims for a 2026 completion.
The Center, a 200-unit mixed-use renovation, is underway at 1 CNN Center Plaza NW, Atlanta. Spanning 1.2 million sq ft, it includes residential units and hotel rooms. Developed by CP Group with architecture by TVS, completion is set for June 12, 2026.
Amenities include an atrium food hall, CTR Food Works, with 12 dining concepts, the largest full bar in Atlanta, and public art installations. Three 12-story digital LED signs will adorn the facade. The project also features production and film studios with post-production facilities.
No affordable housing units are planned, focusing on commercial and hospitality spaces. This renovation aims to revitalize a key downtown Atlanta location.
