The Center, a 200-unit mixed-use development, is underway at 1 CNN Center Plaza NW, Atlanta. Covering 1,200,000 sq ft, it includes residential units and hotel rooms. Developed by CP Group with architecture by TVS, it features an atrium food hall, the largest full bar in Atlanta, public art, three 12-story LED signs, and film studios. Completion is set for June 12, 2026.
Notably, the project lacks affordable housing. The Center will significantly enhance the area's residential and commercial offerings.
