The Center, a mixed-use project at 1 CNN Center Plaza NW, Atlanta, is under construction by CP Group with TVS as the architect. Encompassing 1.2 million square feet, it includes the city's largest full bar, a signature restaurant, public art installations, activated entryways, and three 12-story digital LED signs. Completion is slated for June 30, 2026.
