CTR, a 1.2M-sq-ft mixed-use project, is complete at 1 CNN Center, Downtown Atlanta. Developed by CP Group and designed by TVS, it repurposes the former CNN Center for diverse community use.

Amenities include a 24,000-sq-ft food hall, Atlanta's largest bar, and the ATL Culture House with a performance stage, exhibition spaces, and vendor areas. The development also features office and creative studio spaces, a public atrium, and a renovated exterior.

This redevelopment enhances community offerings with varied public and private spaces, incorporating modern design elements. Completion was set for May 31, 2026.
