The Stitch Phase I, a mixed-use project, approved for Downtown Connector/Peachtree-Courtland/Piedmont in Atlanta by CAP/ADID. Designed by Hargreaves Jones, it includes 3,000 affordable housing units, urban gardens, and public art. Completion is set for December 31, 2030.

Amenities include a tree canopy, multi-use plazas, playground, interactive water feature, gateway pavilion, and event pavilions. Festival street and tabled crossings enhance pedestrian access.

The focus on public spaces and community engagement aims to transform the urban environment.
