Upgrades at Underground Atlanta, 50 Upper Alabama St., Downtown Atlanta, are approved. Lalani Ventures' mixed-use project includes public seating, enhanced lighting, shade structures, landscaping, gateway murals, and window graphics. Features include a pop-up soccer pitch, digital screens, DJ stage, bistro seating, a small-stall food hall with six stalls, two food truck pads, and the Underground Diner. Completion is set for July 31, 2026.

These enhancements aim to revitalize the area, attracting residents and visitors to a vibrant community space.
