cimgroup and Centennial Yards Company, along with the Drew Company, have revealed plans to develop a @virginhotels within @centennialyards, the $5 billion, 50-acre mixed-use redevelopment in Downtown Atlanta. #HotelBusiness More at link — Image via Instagram

Virgin Hotels Atlanta, a 261-room mixed-use development, is under construction at Ellis Street near Centennial Olympic Park Drive in Downtown Atlanta. The 14-floor project is developed by CIM Group, Centennial Yards Company, and The Drew Company.

Amenities include a pool deck with 10 private cabanas, a seasonal exterior bar, an event lawn, a ground-floor lobby bar with an outdoor patio, a signature restaurant, a pool bar with a private dining room and covered terrace, and a rooftop bar and lounge. Meeting spaces total 2,900 sq ft across three rooms. Completion is slated for December 31, 2027.

Located at Centennial Yards, the hotel offers proximity to key Downtown Atlanta attractions and business centers.
