Waterworks Village, a 100-unit mixed-use development, is complete at 653 Green St NW, Atlanta. Designed by Niles Bolton Associates and developed by Atlantica Properties, it includes three floors of residential space.

Amenities include a laundry room, dining area, office space, and conference rooms. Each unit has a full-size refrigerator. Communal spaces and onsite medical and mental health support enhance the living experience.

All units are designated as affordable housing. The project was completed ahead of the December 3, 2025, deadline.
