Waterworks Village, a 100-unit mixed-use development, is now complete at 17th Street between Northside Drive and Howell Mill Road in West Midtown, Atlanta. Developed by Atlantica Properties and designed by Niles Bolton Associates, it includes three residential floors.

Amenities feature a laundry room, dining area, office space, conference rooms, and on-site medical and mental health care via Project HEAL. All units are designated as affordable housing, supporting accessible living in the area.

Completed on schedule, Waterworks Village enhances West Midtown's residential landscape with its comprehensive amenities.
