Westin Peachtree Plaza renovation proposed for 210 Peachtree Street NW, Atlanta. The mixed-use development includes 1073 hotel rooms across 73 floors, developed by Portman Hospitality Fund I, LP, with architecture by John C. Portman & Associates.

The renovation reaches a height of 723 feet and offers 300 parking spaces. Amenities include a rotating rooftop restaurant, observation deck, and indoor/outdoor pool. It features floor-to-ceiling windows and meeting/conference space, with completion expected by January 1, 2028.
