The Modern Austin Residences, a 319-unit mixed-use tower, is complete at 610 Davis Street in Austin's Rainey Street Historic District. Designed by Nelsen Partners with Page as the architect of record and interiors by Urbanspace, this 56-floor building reaches 658 feet. Urbanspace Development led the project.

Amenities include lounges, a pool and spa, fitness and Pilates studios, a dog run and washing area, guest suites, private dining, an outdoor theater, a business center, a sky lounge, and 24/7 concierge service. It holds a 3-star AEGB sustainability rating.

The development adds 20 affordable units, enhancing community housing diversity.
