Anita Ferrales Coy Facility Redevelopment, a 675-unit mixed-use project, is underway at 4900 Gonzales St, Austin. Led by The NRP Group with Hatch + Ulland Owen's design, it spans 1,135,000 sq ft.

The development includes 338 affordable units, community lounges, pools, fitness centers, and public art. It offers 1,080 parking spaces and aims for a 2-star Austin Energy Green Building rating. Completion is set for December 31, 2028.
