Bailey at Berkman & Stassney, a 208-unit mixed-use development, is under construction at 5516 Humming Bird Lane and 6405 Berkman Drive in Austin. Led by National CORE with Diva Imaging LLC and Structure Development, the project includes a fitness center, community room with computer lab, and onsite laundry. Additional features: bicycle storage, offices, activity space, outdoor terrace, clubhouse, business center, and lounge spaces. Completion is set for June 30, 2027.

The project meets Austin Energy Green Building standards and the SMART Housing certification. All 208 units are affordable, addressing local housing needs.
