The 300,000 sq ft project, with architectural input from Servitas, Guadalupe Neighborhood Development Corporation, and Topo, includes 184 parking spaces.
Amenities feature a public plaza, rooftop facilities, cultural venues, coworking space, a performance stage, and outdoor public areas. Completion is slated for the end of 2029.
