Highpoint 2222, a mixed-use development, approved for 6801 River Place Blvd in Austin's River Place neighborhood. Features include a 5-story building with 1,100,000 sq ft, developed by SB Energy and designed by M. Arthur Gensler Jr. & Associates, Inc.

The site includes 615 parking spaces and targets mixed-use applications. Completion is set for April 15, 2027, transforming the former 3M Campus.
