Developed by JPI with architecture by The Preston Partnership, the four-story development includes amenities such as a fitness center, resort-style pool, resident lounge with gaming area, coworking space, conference room, whisper rooms, and courtyards with fire pits and kitchens. A dog park with a wash station is also planned.
Construction completes by end of 2028. Select units offer balconies, patios, or fenced yards, with features like mudrooms, flex spaces, dry bars, soaking tubs, and dual vanities.
