River Park Development Advances on East Riverside

River Park, a 900-unit mixed-use development, is under construction at 4700 East Riverside Drive / 2400 Grove Blvd in Austin's East Riverside. Spanning 10 million square feet, it includes 513 hotel rooms. Presidium develops the project with designs by Sasaki and Gensler.

Features include a 600-foot structure, with 565 units designated as affordable housing. The mixed-use project combines residential, commercial, and hospitality elements.

Located strategically, River Park enhances the urban landscape with its scale and offerings. Completion dates remain undisclosed.
