Sanara Affordable Housing Community, a 348-unit development, is under construction at 4401 E. Slaughter Lane in Austin. Developed by The NRP Group, this mixed-use project features three floors.

Amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, business center with coworking space, clubhouse with lounge and kitchen, outdoor pool, children's activity center, and playground. Completion is slated for April 2027.

All units are designated as affordable housing. Resident programs include after-school care, financial literacy courses, ESL classes, and first-time homebuyer programs.
