Sanara, a 348-unit mixed-use project, is under construction at 4401 E. Slaughter Lane, Austin. The NRP Group is developing the 341,641 sq ft project across three floors.

Amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, coworking space, clubhouse with lounge and kitchen, outdoor pool, children's activity center, and playground. All units are designated affordable housing.

Construction is underway with completion expected by December 31, 2027.
