South Lamar Mobility Project Underway

South Lamar Boulevard Mobility Improvements, a 179-unit mixed-use project, is under construction between Riverside Drive and US Highway 290 in Austin. Developed by the City of Austin with STG Design, the 310,661-square-foot project is slated for completion by December 31, 2027.

Amenities include a central courtyard, elevated pool, fitness center, co-working spaces, and a rooftop lounge. Ground floor commercial and restaurant spaces enhance its mixed-use appeal, offering modern conveniences for residents and businesses.
