St. John Site Redevelopment, a 526-unit mixed-use project, approved for 800 E St Johns Avenue, Austin. Developed by Greystar Development Central, LLC with design by Meeks + Partners and Lemmo Architecture and Design.

Features include residential, commercial, and retail spaces, plus 263 affordable units under SMART Housing. Amenities: expanded parkland, playground, walking paths, public art, and clubhouse. Completion by July 31, 2028.
