St. John Site Redevelopment, a 526-unit mixed-use project, approved for 7211 & 7309 North IH-35 Service Road Northbound, Austin. Designed by Meeks + Partners and Lemmo Architecture and Design, Greystar Development Central, LLC leads the project.

Features include public open space, a playground, walking trails, park expansion, and a public art installation. Of the units, 263 are designated as affordable housing. Completion is slated for July 31, 2028.

Located on North IH-35 Service Road Northbound, the site offers easy connectivity across Austin.
