The District, a 316-unit mixed-use development, is underway near Interstate 35 in Round Rock. Spanning 4,000,000 sq ft across 7 floors, it is developed by Mark IV Capital with STG Design as the architect.

Amenities include a pool deck, cold plunge, dry sauna, fitness center, clubhouse lounge, and outdoor entertainment areas. Completion is slated for January 31, 2027.

Located near a major highway, The District offers convenient commuting access. Further transit options are not detailed.
