The Martin, a 375-unit mixed-use development, is under construction at 2730 E. 7th St in East Austin. The project spans 500,000 sq ft across 7 floors, developed by OHT Partners and designed by Omniplan.
Amenities include two resort-style pools, an elevated courtyard, a jumbotron, fitness and wellness centers with saunas and cold plunges, club rooms, and a golf simulator. Additional features are karaoke and multimedia rooms, podcast rooms, a dog park, grooming station, coworking spaces, and a rideshare lounge.
Completion is slated for October 31, 2027, with 37 affordable units. Each unit offers private balconies or yards.
