The Martin, a 375-unit mixed-use development by OHT Partners, is under construction at 2730 East 7th Street, East Austin. Designed by Omniplan, it spans 500,000 square feet across 7 floors for residential use.
Amenities include two resort-style pools, a fitness center, wellness center with saunas and cold plunges, and a jumbotron. Features also comprise club rooms, a golf simulator, karaoke and multimedia room, podcast rooms, a dog park with grooming station, and co-working spaces. Completion is slated for October 31, 2027.
The Martin contributes 37 affordable units to Austin's housing stock. Residents will have private balconies or yards, built-in desks, and high-quality finishes like front-control gas ranges and waterfall kitchen islands.
